Customer is to report missing, lost, or damaged product(s) to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery of the product(s). Failure to do so results in the forfeiture of Herb Guru’s liability.

Refunds
Only when Herb Guru receives the damaged product back from the customer and determines the viability of the product, and the product can then be deemed un-tampered with, will we refund the cost of the product only to the customer - MINUS shipping costs.
Shipping costs are subject to change throughout the calendar year.
All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE for all products in all cases.
