Q. Can anyone drink your products?
A. Yes! Our products are great for all ages!
Q. What do your products taste like?
A. Each of our products is specially formulated with different delicious herbs, fruits, and greens.
Q. I’ve never tasted anything quite like this before. Where does the distinct taste come from?
A. The unique tastes in each beverage comes from the ingredients handpicked by Herb Guru, a doctor of Oriental Medicine. These ingredients are carefully chosen not only for their individual taste but also for their taste combinations. Our thorough testing process allowed us to fine-tune the unique taste to meet our standards.
Q. Do I have to order a case of each beverage item?
Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles and cans.

Our products are made with ingredients from around the world.
Q. Where do you make your products?
Our products are made in a USA facility that is FDA registered and GMP standard.
Q. Are your ingredients tested by a certified third party?
All herbs are tested in ISO-17025-certified laboratories using the highest US and international standards?
Q. Do these products have any artificial ingredients?
There are no artificial ingredients in our products.
Q. Are there any preservatives in the herbs?
There are no preservatives in our herbs, or any other ingredient added to create the final products.
Q. Do your products contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs)?
All ingredients used by Herb Guru are non-GMO
Q. Are the products organic?
Yes, we use USDA-certified organic ingredients.
Q. Are the products kosher?
Our herbal ingredients meet kosher standards.
Q. Is there any caffeine within the products?
There is no caffeine in any of our products.
Q. Do you use vegetable capsules?
Yes.
Q. Can children take the products?
These products are not recommended for children under the age of 12. For additional questions, please contact your physician or pediatrician.
Q. Will these products interfere with medications?
You should consult your physician if you are currently taking any other medication before consuming Herb Guru supplements.
Q. I am pregnant or breastfeeding. Should I take Herb Guru products?
Like with any medication or over the counter supplement, if pregnant or breastfeeding you should speak with your physician before taking any Herb Guru products.

Q. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal which in turn accepts all major forms of payment.
Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order. But you can contact us at [email protected] to cancel your order before it's ships.
Q. What is your return policy?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. However, if there was damage during shipment, please contact us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve the issue.
Q. Do I have to order a case of each beverage?
Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual bottles and cans.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
All orders over $100 ship for free! Orders below $100 will ship for varying rates based on sale amount.
Herb Guru Brand reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
Q. What do I do if my shipment was damaged?
We are sorry to hear that happened. E-mail us at [email protected] with an image of the damage and we will re-ship a replacement product to you free of charge.
Q. Where is my order?
Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If there is a problem with your package, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will help you resolve the issue.
Q. How long will it take my order to arrive?
All orders received will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays). We have worked with a variety of carriers to negotiate the best possible postage rates to deliver in the fastest time possible. You should expect your order to arrive in approximately one week, give or take a few days.
Q. I have not received my order, what should I do?
