A. Yes! Our products are great for all ages!
Q. What do your products taste like?
A. Each of our products is specially formulated with different delicious herbs, fruits, and greens.
Q. Why does your product sometimes taste differently can to can?
Q. I’ve never tasted anything quite like this before. Where does the distinct taste come from?
A. The unique tastes in each beverage comes from the ingredients handpicked by Herb Guru, a naturopathic doctor. These ingredients are carefully chosen not only for their individual taste but also for their taste combinations. Our thorough testing process allowed us to fine-tune the unique taste to meet our standards.

Q. Can I order by phone?
A. Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone. Click here to shop.
Q. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept PayPal which in turn accepts all major forms of payment.
Q. Can I modify or cancel my order?
A. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to make changes to your order. But you can contact Customer Service to cancel your order before it's ships.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for our products. However, if there was damage during shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will help you resolve the issue.
Q. Do I have to order a case of each item?
A. Yes. Shipping would be prohibitively expensive if we shipped individual cans.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. All orders over $100 ship for free! Orders below $100 will ship for varying rates based on sale amount.
Herb Guru Brand reserves the right to change its shipping policies at any time.
Q. What do I do if my shipment was damaged?
A. Sorry to hear that. E-mail us at Customer Service with an image of the damage and we will re-ship you replacement product free of charge.

A. Our orders ship within 24 to 72 hours of when they are placed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. If there is a problem with your package, please e-mail us at Customer Service and we will help you resolve the issue.
