Great for post-workout INGREDIENTS 1 Can of Recovery 1 Cup of Desired Fruits (Berries, Bananas, etc) 1 Scoop of Favorite Protein Powder 1/4 Cup of Ice INSTRUCTIONS Thinly slice fruits and place in blender Add one can of Recovery into blender Add scoop of favorite protein powder Add 1/4 cup of ice Blend until smooth Pour the mixture into your favorite cup Enjoy! |
